ClearWater provided consulting services for a new stream mitigation bank in Laurel Park, which had slowly evolved into a lake over the years. Since its completion, the restored stream has withstood two bank-full events while functioning well. The mitigation bank has also provided credits in the Upper French Broad River Basin.
